For 20 years I have slaved away in the gym, over that time period I put on 73kg of muscle, even if you attain only 20% of that you’ll be huge compared to what you are now.

My specialty has always been my back, and for a tall 7 footer all the common ‘excuses’ say that tall guys cannot get a big back, tall guys cannot Deadlift, tall guys cannot Squat. Then answer me this… why not?

My personal best was 705lb Deadlift with no wraps, no straps, no belt and no lifting suit. I wore only track pants, singlet and army boots (yes, and underwear). Now work out the force that requires to lift it so far up, it’s impressive.

If I can do it at 7 foot with all the ‘disadvantages of height’ then you can do it to… that is gain maximum muscle in minimum time and get a big, thick, wide, muscular back.

This is my 20 years of experience, read it and learn from it…. it’ll save you years if you take up where I leave off, rather than going through and making all the same mistakes I did.
